Walter Turner, 14, of Rt. 1, Tifton, suffered fatal injuries at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, officers of the Tifton Patrol stated, when he rode his bicycle out of a yard into the path of a vehicle. The tragedy occurred seven miles southwest of Tifton on a county road.
