My data base only really goes back to 1837 when registration became compulsory and Family Records Offices data starts. I do have odd details from Parish records that I have searched. There are still more Parish records to search and the only details similar to yours are:John W Tumber born Faversham approx 1821 and John Tumber born approx 1815 in Doddington.
