Sue - some time ago I contacted Maurice Tugwell about these newsletters. My memory is a little hazy but I think he said he was sending you your missing ones. If you didn't receive them please let me know and I will see what I can do. He said "I have all the issues but there is a problem. Nos 1 2 3 and 4 were copied by volunteers - edges overlapping and generally ugly. Nos 5,6,7 and 8 Are on smaller paper ( 8 and a half and 6 inches]. and is well laid out. Maybe a check with the Morman people before going ahead?"
MJP Tugwell is still a mystery! Jim Tugwell wanted Maurice to take over as Tugwell Family History Newsletters Editor but he was writing his PhD at the time! If you know how to get in touch with Jim tugwell perhaps he can let us know.

Maurice James Palmer Tugwell, 1911 - ?, was the editor of the Tugwell Family History Newsletters. He was the father of Linda Elizabeth (1940-)and Richard James Tugwell (1948-. He was also the youngest son of Wilfred Thomas Tugwell, 1888-1941, who was the son of Thomas Benjamin Tugwell, 1855-1947.
I believe Linda may have the originals of these newsletters, but have no way of contacting her.
