Reazen (Reezen?) Tuell

I came across a Tuell in the 1830 Indiana Jackson County (Brownstown TWP) census with a given name that is hard to read. It seems to be Reazen, though appparently one researcher has read it as Reezen, or Reeson. In his household, I found the following: 1 male aged between 5 & 10; 1 between 20 & 30, and 1 between 30 & 40. The household included 2 little girls under 5, 1 woman between 20 & 30.

Does he sound like anybody known to this group?
