Re: family history for George Tuach
I know this is quite an old thread - however, we have just come across a George William Tuach, born 1903, living with his Grandparents George and Anne Whyte/White in the 1911 census. They are living in County Sligo, Ireland. We believe George may be the son of their eldest daughter Maria, who we think married a George Tuach in 1896 in Wexford.
Does this tie in with your George Tuach born 1903? As you mentioned, it is a very unusual surname and there are very few records relating to people with this name.

Re: family history for George Tuach
Hi Joan,
I see your post was not that long ago so I hope you are still active in Ancestry. I am a distant cousin belonging to the Livingston line. In 1911 my gt aunts Mabel & Muriel Livingston were living with Maria Tuach in Wexford.
My parents John & Sheila Graham visited Ireland in 1982 and called in on Annie Morrison. I think there was someone else from NZ visiting Annie at that time. (Unless that was another of my Sligo relatives. I have plenty to choose from)
