Does anyone know the ancestors and burial location of John TRUAX of upstate NY? He married Rachel Hanmore/Henmore March 12, 1812 in Ft. Plain, NY and probably died 1850 or later. He a son James TRUAX born 1820 in Jefferson County, NY who married Eliza SWEET and James lived in Macomb, St. Lawrence County, NY.

I am wondering if you ever found out any more information on John Truax and Rachel Hanmore/Henmore? Their son, James, is my husband's great grandfather and I have no information on them.

Do you have any information on John Truax? Birthdate? Who his parents were, siblings? I am trying to trace him backwards to his parents, grandparents, etc. and also wishing I could find where and when he died.

I also have been working on this line of the Truax family and would be interested in what you have for information. I'd also be glad to share what I have. I'm not sure how we go about that?

Rachel and John's son, James, b. 1820 is my husband's great grandfather.
