Dan McArdle dmcardle@nbnet.nb.ca tells me that Christian Trites, b.c. 1805, and Sarah Boyd, b.c. 1811 in Dorcester, N.B., m. 5 Jul 1832, were the parents of Lewis, James, Wlliam, David, Sarah Jane, Mary Anne, Margaret and Abraham. Parents of Christian Trites MAY HAVE BEEN Abraham Trites and Susanna Steeves. My husband's gr grandfather was the son of Christian and Sarah, Lewis Trites, b. 1833.
