William Williams Treat b. ca 1804 Fallowfield,Crawford,Penn. moved to Arkansas before the Civil War. He is in Newton County and Madison County 1848 time frame and takes land there. He came to Arkansas from Indiana, had been in Owen and Morgan counties. While in Owen Co IN he married Perlina Pritchett (various spellings) I do not know if he had a son named William that married Vanderpool. (William was a common name in this family William Williams Treat''s mother was Margaret Williams)
