Looking for info on Treadgold family in England. Arthur Treadgold, born 1856, married Harriet Atkins in 1882 (born 1858) in England, probably in Warwickshire. They emigrated to Canada. My grandmother was born in Paris, Ontario, in 1883. Would like info on their ancestors and family still in England.

Cindy, I am doing a Treadgold tree, I don't know any info re: ancestors in England but was wondering do you have Arthur Treadogld and Harriet Atkins birthdates and place of birth? They are my g-g-grandparents. Thanks

Loretta, Will have to do some digging to get more info on Arthur Harriet. Too many things going on this weekend. Are you in Canada? Your great-great-grandparents are my great-grandparents on my mother's side, so I guess we are cousins. Who are your great-grandparents and grandparents (and parents, for that matter)? My grandmother was Agnes Rebecca Treadgold, the older of A H's 2 daughters. I am in California.

I found my Treadgold family tree prepared in 1989 by Larry Treadgold (who, I believe, has left messages for you). This tree does not have dates (except for years) for Arthur and no dates for Harriet. Also, there seem to be some errors in dates for their children. But, I am sure he can get you the info you desire.

Treadgold Family--Larry Treadgold
Larry, I am Hilda's niece in Eureka, California. She is anxious to hear from you as her last Christmas letter (1999) to you came back, no forwarding address. Please email me your new mailing address and I will get it to her. We will be picking her up in about a half hour to watch fireworks. She is still very active. I am also anxious to hear from you. I have a copy of the Treadgold tree you prepared and have questions.
