Hi there, My father was Ronald H Treacle. We have some of the family history but not a whole lot. His father was Harry Treacle, not too popular in his family I don't believe. My father has since passed away, but my brother and I are very interested in getting more in depth history into the Treacle name. Any information would be appreciated.

All I know is my birth name was Leona Themla Treacle DOB is Aug 4, 1957. I was adopted in either 62 or 65 by a couple name Carl and Vivian McCormick in Cleveland, Ohio then they change my name to Leona Lisa McCormick. My adopted parents will not tell me much about my birth mother. Just when I was adopted and change my name. But I am still looking for my birth mother. I do not know her name or any thing or where she is from. I cannot get any information for my adopted parents. Here I am 43 and I like to know something about my birth mother. So If you know of someone who gave up a baby girl for adoption in 57. Please let me know. Thank you Leona Lance (Treacle)

We may be relatives from what you have indicated concerning Great Uncles from the Cleveland area. My Grandfather was Verner Treacle.
