Edward Francis Toye does not show up in either the 1910 Census for Brooklyn or the 1880 Census for Brooklyn. Of course, there are hundreds of E.D.'s in the area and without a really good pinpoint (i.e. street intersection, district number...) we can't truly take a good and solid look at the whole of the area. I'm hot on the trail of the Toye and Hogan history in the area at the time. The pieces are not falling together. Virginia, I desperately need to know in which part of Brooklyn did they live.As far as I can tell, Marion Street and the area around 82nd street seem to be where most of the historical documents originated. I hope to hear from you soon.
