Re: Tom surname, Choctaw Indian, MS & OK
Hello Dixie, My maiden name is Tom, actually my great - grandmothers name was Dixie too. Interesting huh. My family is currently mostly in the southeastern part of Oklahoma, the Idabel, Broken Bow area, however we are originally of the Mississippi band of the Choctaw tribe. I would be happy to help you in any way I can,I have a good deal of info regarding my ancestors, including names, DOB's, roll numbers and so on. Please e mail as soon as you can as I will be anxious to hear from you. Thanks Lynne Tom

Are you still around? I am looking for connections to a Polly Tom who perhaps is related to our family. Thank you so much. My family lines are Butler/Bullard/Sudsberry/Wilson/Rowland. Our family is from Calhoun County, AR. I would appreciate any information you have. If you have a family tree on Ancestry, that would be helpful.
