Is anyone familiar with William Martin Tolbert? He served in the Confederate Navy and later captained a clipper named Bird of the Ocean or Ocean Bird and sailed in East Indian Ocean waters. I'm not a descendant. I was researching someone else and became interested in him. Thank you.
