The 1990 census of names only gives distribution as in which region of Poland the surname exists.
Do you not know the name of a village your ancestor was from?

Zlatica, No I don't know where they are from yet.
Someone told me that the name Tokarczyk in Poland
is like the name Smith in the US. Very common.
I just know my Grandfather John Tokarczyk was
born 09/15/1891.

Was your grandfather naturalized citizen? If not, did he live pass 1940? If yes than there is an Alien Registration Form to request. Did he have social security numbers? http://ssdi.rootsweb.com One of the forms, if not all, should have a place of birth.
If he did not come thru EI than most likely Philadelphia, Boston or Baltimore. Any of the TOKARCZYKs that came thru EI related to your ancestor? www.ellisislandrecords.org

Zlatica, Yes, I am sure he was a naturalized citizen.
He did come through Ellis Island I believe sometime
in 1909. I do know his Soc. Sec.#. How do I go about
requesting the Alien Registration form? If I can
acquire the form, hopefully it would tell me the town
he came from, and I could go from there.

You say he came thru Ellis Island? Did you locate his manifest using One Step/Gray form www.stevemorse.org That would be the cheapest way to find a place of birth. Lets try to find it before proceeding spending money on the SS-5Form http://ssdi.rootsweb.com or G-639 Alien Registration Form or naturalization petiton www.google.com NARA

Zlatica, I did send for his SS-5 . On there it says that
his came for Poland. That is all. His Mother's
maiden name on there looks like Mary Guot. But,
there is a fold on the area on the u in Guot. So I am
just guessing there what it might be.
On his birth Cert. it says he came from Austria. On there his Mother's maiden name is unknown.
I have tried to find him on the Steve Morris site,
but have not come up with anything. So therefore
I am at a stand still. I am going to look again.

Bummer.
What does the 1930 census? If it says he was Na - naturalized citizen than lets try getting his naturalization petition. Might someone in the family have his naturalization certificate? If yes, than the certificate would have where the petition was filed so that is the courthouse you would go looking for it.
If not naturalized but lived passed 1940 than there is Alien Registration Form : G-639. www.google.com will get you the website to download a form.

Zlatica,
I should check with someone in the family. It's a
big family. Maybe to my surprise, someone might
be doing some research on it. You never know.
If not, then I will go to google and download the
form. Thank you so much for your help. I really
appreciate it.

Your welcome.

Let me know when you find a place of birth.
Would he have had a World War One Draft card?
