I picked up a used book today from the Neenah Public Library in Wisconsin. In it was a letter sent to the President of the Kimberly Clark Corporation from Adolph Toigo - who was the president of one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. The agency was called Lennen & Newell, Inc. in NY, NY. and was sent on September 1, 1964. Appears the company was big in Tobacco advertising and went bankrupt in 1972. Thanks all I know....pretty neat. The book, by the way, was written by Alfred Sloan, former CEO of GM. Toigo mentions his apt. at the Waldorf in his letter to the president of KC.

Dolpho,
I happened on this thread.
My father is Ron Buoscio, nephew to Lucy and Adolph.
I was only 2 when we visited New York for the last time in the late 60's but Alfred (and Mary) visited and stayed with us for Zora Buoscio's 90th birthday (married to Lucy's brother Felix M.)
We have several photos in from the Waldorf if you'd like copies.
We did hear from Mary of Alfred's passing.

Hi I live in totowa NJ and I found a small sport car that has been carved out of wood beautifully and I was wondering since I saw your name on this website, is it you that made it and when was it made ,what is it made from, because it very nice condition,I'd like to know more about your wood working life, and how did it get in my hands, there's no place around me that has such a cool car that was made by hand,it says underneath (handcrafted by Gorge W scopel) thank you
