Hello Charlotte,

I have a Herman W. Toebe, from Minnesota listed on my site along with quite a few other Toebe's in Minnesota. Please take a look and if possible update any information you can.

You can seach all names listed or search by"United States" and go down to those listed in Minnesota.

Thanks

Wow - been a long time since anyone has asked about the Toebe's. Yes, this would be our line. Our records shows Wilhelmine's last name on some records as Buskey. Would love to hear from you directly so we can share. Send me a note at poohser67@yahoo.com

Talk to you soon.

I think that we are related somehow because of Otto Busch was my great grandad. I am trying to find out if Otto was in the military and where he might be buried at. My dad has passed in 1999 and I have no way of finding out elsewhere. If you can help me please phone me at 817-919-6852. Or you may email me at rlbtx@flash.net

My husband's greatgrandfather's name is Clarence Toebe. Clarence lived in Rio Creek, Wisconsin and then moved to Algoma Wisconsin. Clarence's father was Albert, Albert's father was William and William's father was Daniel. Daniel moved from Watertown to Rio Creek and farmed there as did everyone up to Clarence. Daniel is buried here in Algoma and was one of the first settlers in Rio Creek. While there are not alot of descendants with the Toebe name in our area, there are multitudes of descendants. I do have our line on a family tree if you would like this information.

Hello: I have only been doing this a short time, but I do know about the Toebe, Busch, Schmidt, Densow and Phluegot's. They all came over together and settled in Watertown, WI. Then they moved to Ahnapee, now Algoma, Wi. I have information about all the families. Frederick Schmidt and Caroline were my ancestors too, as are the rest listed. If you want any of my copies of info I would be happy to share. I have a public tree schmidt-Busch-Nelson-Densow-Toebe if you want to look at it. Sue Schmidt Urbush
