Iam searching for a Mary Tobias born in Youngstown/Niles. She would of been born Approx. 1929. On father in laws birth certificate it read as mother being Francis Tobias(mary) 18 years old born in Ohio. If you have any help or info please help me to help my father in law find his biological family.
