I suspect from the location that Sarah Jane was a granddaughter of John D. TIVIS & America CHURCH. I'll get back to them. :-)

Ancestry.com says Wm. H. was s/o Sylvester, b. by 1827, & Sarah. One death record of a child of Sylvester says Sarah was "Sallie" JOHNSON.

In 1860, New Hope, Scott T., Brown, OH, TIVIS, William, 16, & America, 11, were in the household of John, 45, & Mary A. GATTS, 32, OH.

Notice that the TIVIS couple married in 1824, and there are mostly children of twelve and under in 1850, so several children must have already moved/married. There could have been a son born before and after John W.--ca. 1825 & 1829, old enough to have had a daughter in 1852/3.

In 1860, Green, Scotland, MO: TIVIS, J. W., 34, b. OH: wf. Ella, 28, & Lewis T. MILBURN, 2.

Byard was later listed as Hamilton B. or B. Hamilton. Hamilton m. 7 Apr. 1864, Fulton Co., IL, Cemantha OLIVER [Samantha]. In 1880, they were of Monroe, Hamilton, NE.
