My name is Rodney J Tipler and I come from Essex,England.
I was very surprised at the amout of Tiplers in the USA.
If I can offer any information about the Uk family please mail me.
I am aware of a cousin in Northamptonshire who has traced all the Tiplers back to about 1500
It would be great to hear from anyone from the family

Hi

I noticed that you are a Tipler that came from Essex, my late mother Pauline was a Tipler before she she married and I know her family moved to Romford, Essex while she stayed in central London. She had 3 sisters and I know one the youngest was Maurine and a younger brother, Melvin, who had moved to Wales.

I would be interested to find out if you are part of this family.

Hi Rod,
I realize you posted this ages ago, but I thought I'd throw out a note anyway. My great great grandmother was Ann Matilda Tipler, who emigrated to the US in the 1850s from Great Hale, Lincolnshire (father Edward, mother Susan Sophia Mills). That's neither Essex nor Northamptonshire, I know. She had something like 13 siblings. Any connections?

Hi Rodney, I realise some 10 yrs since your post but I noted your comment re a cousin in Northampton who has traced all the Tiplers back to 1500. I have been researching our Tipler name for over 10 years and have a huge Tipler database which currently includes almost 20 different Tipler Family Trees which I am trying to link together. If your father was Ronald J born 1925 in West Ham, I have you listed in Tipler Tree number 006. Should you be intersted in a copy of this tree I can e-mail you a copy. I'd also be obliged if you could pass my contact details to your cousin as we may well be able to help each other. I'm on e-mail pppdrive@talktalk.net Thanks, Paul

Hi, I do have Phoebe in a small Tipler file I have. I am currently trying to link her and her family to one of the Tipler Family Trees I am Custodian of. If I could e-mail you the information I have, perhaps you could look and see if you have any further details than I have. That additional information might possibly include a link. I am on e-mail pppdrive(AT)talktalk.net
