Hi Robert,
I, too, having been trying to locate this book. I know there is a copy of it at the Greenbrier County Historical Society in Lewisburg, WV. About a year ago, I was told there was to be a "second" volume of it printed, but, there was some trouble with the printing because of Lois Tincher Dorsey's estate being held up by the probate courts..... I don't know what the problem was or is..... but, there was suppose to be another printing coming out. If I hear any more about it, I will post it.
Warm Regards,
Becky

Here are 12 public libraries that have copies of “The Tincher Tribe” (complete title: The Tincher tribe and Caesar's Tencteri tribe : [chronicles of a pioneer family in the valley of Virginia, 1750, and some who migrated westward] by Lois Tincher Dorsey; Cleo Tincher Bryan; Edgar Kerry Tincher). I found these using the The World Catalog—OCLC (http://www.worldcat.org/) It will not only tell you where the book can be found, but sort the libraries by mileage from your zip code!! It only includes libraries who have their collections linked online, so many genealogical/ historical libraries are not included. But it is a good source for finding that obscure book. I keep a running list of books I want to see and their locations. Then when I travel, I can see what library I need to visit.

1. Newberry Library Chicago, IL 60610 United States
2. WISCONSIN HISTORICAL SOCIETY Madison, WI 53706
3. Allen County Public Library Ft Wayne, IN 46801
4. KENTON COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY Covington, KY 41011
5. Grace a Dow Memorial Library Midland, MI 48640
6. Eastern Kentucky University Richmond, KY 40475
7. Detroit Public Library Detroit, MI 48202
8. Southeast Kansas Library Syst Iola, KS 66749
9. Coffeyville Public Library Coffeyville, KS 67337
10. Library of Congress Washington, DC 20540
