Polk Jackson Tinch Brothers?

In Polk Jackson Tinch´s narrative ( at Tinchhistory.com) he says that he was an only child. And many people have him listed as an only child. But on the 1850 census it shows a Anderson Tinch 39, Sally Tinch 35, Henry Tinch 9 years old, Geo Blakely Tinch 10 years old, and Polk at 1. That would have made them the children of Sallie (Sally) Spurling as well.
They were born after Sally and Anderson were married.
Could these other children been nephews?
Any info would help.

Actually the 1850 Census states this:
Anderson Tinch 39 Va
Sally 35 SC
Jackson 1 Tn
Geo Blakely 10 Tn
Henry Blakely 9 Tn

I would imagine that George and Henry lost their parents and Anderson took them in. No relationship at all to Anderson. Anderson had two sisters Nancy who married a Norman and Mary who married a Ringley (I believe). And on half sister Polly/Mary who never married.
Need anymore information I will be glad to help. I am related through Anderson's sister Nancy.
