Surnames: Thwing, Andrews, Blair, Devoe, Davis
This man married Lucinda Andrews who was born in NY. They moved to MI. Two known sons Luther and Herman. Lucinda may have married a Freeman Blair in MI, however she is going by the name Thwing in Butte Co., CA at age 90 in 1910. She claims to have mothered 6 children. Two other children may be Kitty Devoe and Letta Davis(I assume these are married names.) Does anyone have information about this family?

I show Luther died March 31, 1850 in Moscow, MI. I show two sons, Herman Spencer Thwing born 9/27/1845 and Luther Amariah Thwing born 3/11/1850. Both born in Moscow, MI. Sorry, but no other information on any other children. My paternal grandmother was Jessie Pearl Thwing who is a fourth cousin, twice removed, of Luther.

Thank you for answering my post. I was inquiring for a friend who is related to the family. I think that the other responses that I received have already helped me.
