MRS. KATHRYN TEWELL

Mrs. Kathryn Tewell, 67, died at 12:05 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, 1967, at Fairbury hospital, where she had been a patient for two weeks.
Her funeral was at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul's Lutheran church, Chatsworth, with Rev. Wilbert Burmeister officiating. Burial was in Graceland cemetery, Fairbury.
Visitation was Saturday at the Culkin Memorial Home, Chatsworth, and two hours prior to services Sunday at the church.
Mrs. Tewell was born Aug. 15, 1899, at Chatsworth, a daughter of William and Fannie Saathoff Meisenhelder. She was married to Harrison Tewell Feb. 4, 1954, at Quincy.
Surviving are her husband, a step-son, Robert Tewell, Piper City; a step-daughter, Mrs. John Alexander, Kankakee; three brothers, Henry and Fred Meisenhelder, both of Pontiac; William Meisenhelder, Chatsworth; three step-grandchildren, and one great-step-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church, Chatsworth; the Naomi Circle of the church, the American Legion Auxiliary and a Neighboring Birthday Club of Piper City.
