I'm Barbara Tacy, in Rochester, New York. We are a direct line to Urbain. I know my dad Peter Tacy Sr., 83yrs old, has mentioned the name Randolph Bernard before so I will check with him and get back to you shortly. If I recall, he was among the twelve brothers, but of course I will still check.
