Emil Stordeur and my grandma, Lillian Stordeur Brunette were first cousins! Her father was Jules Stordeur and Emil's was his older brother, Antoine. They came to Wisconsin from Brabant Province, Belgium. I have alot more details. I also have alot of information on the Hussin family. Our familes are very entertwined during this period (mid - late 1800's). Thanks for the response. Send me an email at esppp@aol.com if you would like additional details.

I am not going to be much help but I do know that Joyce Fryk (I have always seen it spelled Fryk) married Carl Frank Tesch. You may want to focus on the Ogema, WI area if you want to find out more. That is where the Tesch's I am researching settled for a long time and I do see the Fryk name occasionally when I am looking at old newspapers and books from that area. I have just never focused on the Fryks. Carl was born September 16, 1921. I have details on the Tesch's but I do not know if that is of interest to you.

Almost a year ago a lady (I think she was Joyce's daughter) stopped by and I shared some Tesch information with her but I never heard from her again. I never had her address or married name and I have misplaced her telephone number. She said she was from Green Bay I believe but since she is married that will probably not help you. I also seem to remember her saying something about her mother being taken in by the Fryks when she was young but was not actually their child. Please do not quote me on that though, it was just too long ago. I will let you know if I find her phone number.

A friend of mine (who is not online) is looking for info about his paternal line Andrias THIESEN m Alice TESCH ~1940. Bill says his father immigrated from Germany before 1930 and changed the spelling from THIESSEN to THIESEN. The TESCH family had been in Wisconsin for years. Does anybody know who her parents were?
He appreciate any help. Thanks.
