Surnames: Teears Lee
I recently found photographs in my grandfather William Strassner family album. A storefront labeled Aunt Hilda's store, a woman identified as cousin Myrtle Teears ( 1957), two pictures taken possibly 1930 one a young girl identified as Annie Teears and the other a little boy identified as Stanley Teears. These children seem very close in age. I believe Aunt Hilda was Hilda Lee married to Fred Lee. Their one daughter was Myrtle Lee Teears married Stanley Teears.I found all in various census always in NJ. Although Annie is not in the 1930 census.
I have no idea how they are related to our family. I vaguely remember my grandfather visiting family in NJ. Any information would be appreciated. Cindy Sharp

My grandmother's best friend was Myrtle Lee. They were so close, that they married brothers, Charles Teears married my grandmother Othello, and Stanley married Myrtle. I have many pictures of Othello and Myrtle. There are some notes in my mother's genealogy books about Hilda Lee and I believe that she watched or babysat my mother at some time.

I would really appreciate any information you may have about Hilda or Myrtle. Based on my research so far I think Hilda's mother Pauline Strassner Kraft was an aunt to my great grandfather George Strassner. Thanks in advance.
