It is so great to have a record in the form of a Bible. Just like a little treasure to pass down.
The clipping that you mentioned might lead to many more discoveries. I would be interested in them too, when you have the time to go thru them. The Elam and Furr families came from Woodford Co. KY . I have lots of names in my files ------you never know when more info will be found.

I have just seen your message about your Grandmother. I am researching the Tebbs family. Can you tell me your Grandmothers name, I may have info about her UK roots.

I am researching the Tebbs family from London who were hairdressers in the late 19th and early 20th century. There was a huge family of them (13 kids between 1882 and 1902) could any of these be your family. There was certainly a Charles born in 1885 and I think you mention a Charles in one of your other emails.
