Classification: Query
Surnames: Teachman, Disbrow, Earle
I am a great grandson of Emeline (Teachman) Disbrow, born 22 Feb. 1843, daughter of Sidney C. and Lucy (Earle) Teachman. Her husband was Albert Jackson Disbrow, born 4 Dec. 1831, son of Nathan O. and Theodocia (Beardsley) Disbrow. Emeline and Albert were married 1 Jan. 1867 in Bath, Steuben Co., NY.

Emma and Albert had five children, only two of whom lived to adulthood and had families: Cora May and Arthur Wellesley (my grandfather).

I would love to exchange information with anyone who is descended from this couple, or anyone else who may be interested. One of the things I have been trying to find is a photograph of Emma. There was a photo (or photos) of her in our family at one time, but it (or they) was burned in a housefire many years before I was born.
