Arredondo, May 4 - The funeral services of Mrs. Zachariah Taylor were held yesterday at the residence of her son, David Taylor, of Archer. Mrs. Taylor died at Charleston, S. C., where she had gone on a visit to her sons.
Mrs. Taylor was the widow of Judge Taylor, a native of Pendleton, S.C. She leaves five sons, one daughter and two daughter-in-laws. The interment took place here yesterday at 11 o'clock.
Judge and Mrs. Taylor were old residents of Arredondo, having come here about forty years ago. Mrs. Taylor won for herself a host of friends by her gentle courtesy and amiable disposition. The sympathy of the community, of which she was an honored member, is extended in heartfelt sincerity to her sorrowing relatives.
