New York, April 10 - Walter C. Taylor, retired member of the New York Stock exchange, committed suicide in his apartment in East Sixty-third street. Two bullets were fired from an army revolver, both penetrating his breast. He left a note for the police saying that illness had caused him to take his life. He was 64 years old.
