Samuel Taub immigrated from Germany or Poland about 1905 to New York City. I am looking for information about him. I am his only grandchild, but he had brothers and sisters that settled in the US. I would also like information on them,

I also had a grandfather named Samuel Taub. He came from Europe in 1918 to NYC. They might be related?

My grandfather Samuel Taub was here before 1918. He came to NYC by 1907 because his oldest child, Anna Francis Taub Kleinman was born in 1908. Grandfather Samuel married Ernestina Shrebnik and lived in Brooklyn. They had sons Paul and David in addition to their daughter. Grandfather Samuel had numerous brothers and sisters, so we might be related.

My grandfather was David Taub, born in Detroit in the 1880's, married to Erna Firkser, born in Latvia. His father was a rabbi in Michigan. Had one son, Robert, who changed his name to Talbert, so he could perform in Vaudeville; and one daughter, Jane Lucille, my mom. What are the odds?

My grandfather was Samuel Taub who came over from Poland about 1905. He settled in New York City- Brooklyn. There were quite a few Taub relatives and they ended up all over. We might be related before that generation. What are the odds? Pretty good. It of course was a Jewish family.

My ggrandfather was Josef. His son was David, married to Erna and Robert, married to Rose. David had a son Albert, married to Mary, from a first marriage, and Jane, my mom, from his marriage to Erna. I'll check with my mother, who I believe to be one of the only ones left for more information.

My grandfather, David, had a brother Samuel, who died in the early 40's. He had a daughter, Jennie. Any connection there?
