Looks like you have done a great job on your John M. Tate (1794-1865).
As far as your John and Samuel Tate, I don't feel that they are brothers of my Isaac, but who knows, there were so many John Tate's.
The history of Samuel Tate of Tate Georgia has been researched and in a (?) History Book, I can look that up for you.
John Tate and wife Phebe, records are a mess, known children are Isaac Tate (1804-1885), Abraham Tate 1806-1883), and Jonathan Tate, the rest are guess.
