My great-grandfather, Ignazio Taormina had a sister named Rosalia. Do you know what her brothers and sisters names were? Ignazio's siblings were: Jack, Leonard, Frank, Rosario, Rosalia, Angelina, Dianino, Catherine

Unfortunately I don't know any names. My grandmother, Rosalia's daughter, just passed away. I think my great-grandmother was born 1880-85, arrived in U.S. c. 1915. She had children Giovannina, Frances, Fanna, Maria, Josefina, Frank, Philip.

Relatives - Taormina - Rosalia

Surnames: Taormina
I just saw this and was wondering if you could give me any further info (married names, Rosalia Taormina's married name, Birth order).

My great- grandfather was Ignazio Taormina, whom I believe to possible be your great-grandmother's brother. My grandfather did not know his relatives in New York - he just remembers that his father, Ignazio had a relative they called Cosmo.

I am trying to sort it all out. According to the 1940 census - Cosmo Taormina was a widow in 1940 and he had 2 daughters living with him - Rosalie Taormina age 20, and Angelina Taormina age 16.

I am more than happy to send you any further information that I am able to find. Thank you so very much for your help.
