Jim, we have shared a little info before on the Tackett family. This Mary Tackett was born 1862, NC and was the daughter of James W. Tackett, b abt 1839, NC. James W. Tackett was oldest son of Alexander C. Tackett, b 1815-1820, NC. Mary married Henry Jewell. You may have discovered all of this info by now, since your message is quite old.
