My grandmother Barbola Szabo (dob 9/29/01)came to this country around 1912-1913 with her mother, Barbola. Her mother's maiden name was Borsch. I don't have any infromation on where in hungary she was from. All I know is that she said she had a brother Peter, and a sister Mary. When they came her her father (also Peter) may already ahve been here. WHen they arrived, their name was changed to Barbara Taylor. I believe that they may have settled in the Caldwell, NJ or Rutherford, NJ area. My grandmother married a man in the early 1920's by the name of Bertram Mott and they diveroces in 1932.
