I'm interested in any connections to the "Sullivan Prince" sept (subsept).

The family story I've been told is that my great grandfather, Daniel Sullivan, was from the Sullivan Prince clan and was born in Kenmare, County Kerry, around 1830. I also have a birth certificate of a Daniel Sullivan born in 1830 to "Jeremiah Sullivan Prince and Mary Downing (from Letter)", Letter (Leitir) being a townland near Kenmare.

I assume "Sullivan Prince" is a reference to a follower or family member of Donal O'Sullivan, Prince of Bantry and Bearehaven, but I don't have any confirmation of that. If you have any ancestors or references to "Sullivan Prince" I would be most interested.
