To Bonnie's Query. I'm sorry for the very late response. Have not been on the net much lately.

I've looked up the names which you inquired about. I have some info. on a Sylvanie Stutes, and an Eris/Arisse Stutes. But from the info. that I have, there are no near connections between the two.
Sylvanie was a daughter to Thomas Stutes and Marie Carmelite/Carmelita Benoit. I have her listed as being married to Omere Guidry. Obviously there may have been two with the same name, as that seems to be customarily done in this family through the ages.
Eris/Arisse I have listed as a child of Valsin Stutes and Marie LeBlanc from the Mermentau area. Yes there were step siblings to Eris/Arisse. Valsin Stutes was married four times and have children with each wife.
