We are searching for any information about the African American family of
Henry EVANS, born Dec 10, 1880. He lived
in Star Point, Forrest City , Arkansas. He listed Ethel
STRINGFELLOW EVANS as his next of kin on his draft registration.

Ethel STRINGFELLOW would have been born about 1880. Associated families moved in from Tennessee.

Can anyone give me a possible lead on the family of Ethel STRINGFELLOW?
