Leona enjoyed playing in a bluegrass gospel group for several years, and also liked reading romance novels. She had a collection of special bears and enjoyed singing and dancing. She had a love for animals and particularly enjoyed her three dogs, “Oliver”, “MayBell”, and “Peanut”. Her family was very important to her and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
