Yes, it is nice to hear from you & your 5th generation. Both my Grandparents come from Paulding couty, OH 100 miles south of our present location of Hillsdale county, MI at the turn of the 19th century about. I believe my Spratt grandparents were Irish, german, & English, but have never really dealved into it. I have the name I was born with. My Father now deceased was James A. Spratt & Mom Pauline Jewel(middle name).
