As I continue to research I now need information for my half brother Charles Buddy Spina born Dec 7 1938, deceased Feb 24 2003. I do not have the name of his birth mother or his adoptive mother/aunt or his adoptive father. I know his birth mother had other children and he had an adoptive brother/cousin. Perhaps the Illinois area is where he was born, lived until later in life. States of residence Navada and deceased in California. Retired from the Navy.
