Mrs W L Sparkman died at her residence at Loretta Sunday morning, and the funeral services were held Monday morning at 9 o'clock from St Joseph's Catholic church at Loretta, Rev M Fennell officiating. Pallbearers were M H Bishop, Ed D Hartley, M C Hood, E E Ponce, A T Barkoskie and L M Hood. The interment was in Loretta cemetery.

FL death record: she was born in 1869 in St Johns county, FL. She was the daughter of B J and Florida Powers. She resided in Loretta for 20 years.
