I am trying to find out who William James Sparkman's parents are. He was born in 1790 in Bertie Co. NC and died in 1887 in Hazard Co. Ky. I know there is a George Thomas Sparkman that was born in 1764 in Bertie Co NC that had a son named William Sparkman but the dates I have don't match up. Please let me know if you can help.
