I'm trying to locate a David S. Smith who was in Puerto Rico in 1962. I was born at Presbyterian Hospital in Santurce, Puerto Rico in December, 1962 and adopted by an American couple. David was listed as my birth father. He would probably have been in his 20's at the time. I've been searching for a long time with no luck. If anyone has information please contact me.
