I'm trying to find the family of PFC Keneth Dale Smith, ASN 39285112, 2nd Infantry Regiment, 5th Infantry Division. PFC Keneth D. Smith was killed in action in Germany, April 12, 1945.

The following is what I know of PFC Keneth D. Smith and his family.

His father: Allen (or Alley) F. Smith, born September 18, 1898 in Tennessee. He was a carpenter. Passed away May 4, 1964 in San Diego.

His mother: Sylvia M. Smith, born 1904 in Oklahoma.

Keneth had two brothers and one sister. Their names are, Everest A. Smith (1923), Oleta S. Smith (1927) and Allen F. Smith (1929). Everest lives (or used to live) in San Jose CA. As far as I know Allen F. Smith passed away in Arizona.

In October 1950 there was a change of address for Keneth's mother Sylvia (his parents divorced). The new address, P.O. Box 205, Sudan TX.

PFC Keneth D. Smith is buried at the Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten, The Netherlands. His grave is adopted. The family who adopted his grave would like to get in touch with the Smith family.
