This is a board for the state of Arkansas. You could use a search engine such as Google.com, enter as search terms - Rochester USA - and click on the various links that the search engine returns. Or, you can use the RootsWeb Town Search at http://resources.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/townco.cgi and learn that many US states have a town or city named Rochester.

I believe that the largest city named Rochester, by far, is in New York state, so you may want to concentrate there.
