I'm looking for information on my great grandfather CLYDE TOLBERT SMALL, born LINCOLN CO. Tennessee 6/27/1877. he had a brother by the name of ALLEN Small, date of birth is unknown by me. but he was older than my great grandfather. I would like to find out the names of their parents, I was told that their mother died on the way to TX on the wagon train. I am not sure how accurate this story is. and that their father was married a second time but I have no info on her either. any help would be appreciated. thanks a lot. We have a common grandfather. Your great grandfather Clyde was the brother of my great great grandfather Allen. Their father was Talbert Fanin/Fannin Small. Talbert was married to a WF, but I don't know if she was their biological mother. I have a great aunt who is still alive, and she new Talbert back in the day. He was a very religious and quiet man. He was a cotton farmer, as was Allen (was Clyde?). I do have some other bits of infomration if you are interested. Let me know if you are! alan_small@yahoo.com
