My parents were married in Liecester,1945. My father's mother was Pearl Ruby Slawson, her Slawson ancestors were from Southwark, Surrey. I have relatives in Darbyshire (Spondon) and my grandmother was born in Nottingham. My Slawsons came to USA in 1636.
