"Skobijko" or something similar

My grandfather came over from Poland around 1920/1922. His last name was changed from what sounds like the english version of "Sko-bye-o" to Skoby. I'm not sure how it was spelled but I remember him pronouncing it with his deep accent. His name was Theodore Edward "Sko-bye-o" (Skoby) He married a lady named Mary, also from Poland, but she died in 1972 & I never had the chance to meet her. He resided in MN for most of his life until he came to live with us in Florida until his death in 1986.

I am looking for my grandfathers parents and any siblings he may have left over in Poland.

PLEASE email at ZebleyRodney@aol.com if you can help in anyway at all. Especially if you know the correct spelling to "Sko-bye-o".

Thanks,
Julie
