It's a possibility we are related, Axel E. Sjoblom is my Great Grand-father. Born in Sweden 1863, came here 1883, at the age of 20. Great Grand-mother is Mytilda Charolet the real last name is Falskoog not Bloomqiust as some have written in books. She worked for the King of Sweden as his personal cheif. Although, there are some writers who, have written some incorrect information it doesn't change the facts. My Father was their first granson, Morris Morgan Sjobolm Falagan passed in 2000, at the age of 86. I'm in Lake Mary by choice and at the request of my Daddy as I called him. He was more than a Father to me. This is all for now. BJ Mitchell

my father is George Sjoblom, son of Adolph Sjoblom and Lydia Jackson, they were from Teuva, Vaasa, Finland. Adolph and his brothers came to American and settled in Ironbelt Michigan, then on to MN. They had 16 children, 4 sets of twins. I don't know if we are related, I have the family geneaolgy done by my cousin back to the late 1700's. If I find your info in the book, I will reply. The book contains numerous pictures which are a treasure.

Hi There, Its nice to know there are others out there who also are in search of relatives. There seems to be a lot of Sjobloms in the US, all of us should try to accomplish the same goal. My GGgran-father's name was Eric Sjoblom and lived in Fredericksbug Island, Sweden. GGgran-mother's name was (Falskoog) as it was spelled on the marriage liecense. Any information you have, would be appreciated.
I too have pictures to share although not yet scanned for online use. Just have not had the time, here. Hope to hear from you, and anyone with information. Thanks BJ Mitchell (Sjoblom)
